INTRODUCTION
    
     
   
     Years ago I joined the Rosario Association of University Women, which belong to the Argentina Federation of University Women. From my city I have participated in many cultural and social activities of this branch of IFUW.
 
     One day I contacted first Deirdre Araujo and then Omolara Akinpelu (previous Young Member Editors) who kindly invited me to write articles about my experiences as a young member of IFUW. I accepted the idea enthusiastically and since that moment I became a devoted reader of the Newsletter.
 
     Now as the new Editor for the period 2005-2007, I am glad to do this interesting job for the IFUW community. It will be a great challenge for me to continue the excellent work that Deirdre and Toyin have done.
 
   
           In this multicultural writen space, women can share amusing personal and professional experiences and anecdotes of members from different countries. And it is also a good opportunity to know their cultural and traditional mores.
  		   
           I wish to encourage all young members to take part in this cosmopolitan publication of IFUW writing articles and telling us amazing stories. Photos, jokes, sayings and whatever could enrich the editions can also be sent.
  		   
     

     Young Members Newsletter will be published in June and in December, as usual. I will try to maintain the previous dynamic and colorful style but I will accept any suggestions to introduce some changes if it is possible.
 
     The submissions (in Microsoft Word format for texts and in JPG format for pictures) should have up to 1,500 words and they have to be sent to the e-mail address below.

     I hope that we will develop together a lively and interactive Newsletter for the next years.
