GRUNDTVIG LEARNING PARTNERSHIPS - EUROPEAN PROJECTS
Grundtvig learning partnerships enables organisations working in the field of adult learning to work together on topics of common interest. A particular focus is on enabling smaller organisations to take part. Grundtvig projects, partnerships focus more on the cooperation process rather than producing concrete ‘products’. This means in a Grundtvig learning partnership, trainers and learners from at least three participating countries work together, exchanging experiences, practices and methods. For partnerships that concentrate on learner participation, learners should be actively involved in the project and their mobility between different countries should be encouraged. Partnerships give the opportunity to exchange experience and information, to develop new methods and approaches together, and to test and put into practice new organisational and pedagogical approaches.
