A good outline of 7 key issues: access, censorship, gender and ICTs, governance, intellectual property, privacy and security, and free and open source software.   • DevMedia: Media for Development and Democracy: DevMedia is a service of the TeleCommons Development Group in collaboration with the Don Snowden Program for Development Communication. DevMedia helps people exchange information and news about how communication tools can promote development and democracy. DevMedia's focus is on media that are in the hands of people and communities. It draws attention to ways of improving peoples' access to media to encourage the sharing of ideas, voices and knowledge: locally and globally.   • Development Gateway Foundation: The Development Gateway Foundation is an enabler of development. The focus is to help improve people’s lives in developing countries by building partnerships and information systems that provide access to knowledge for development.
