to encourage NFAs to urge their respective governments to:

  1. include a definition of ritual abuse within appropriate legislation; and
  2. make ritual abuse practices indictable offences; to encourage members of its NFAs to lobby their respective
  3. governments to ensure that the relevant agencies provide protection, support and quality therapy for victims of ritual abuse by establishing:

    1. at universities and other institutions, accredited specialised programmes for training counsellors and therapists dealing with problems of ritual abuse;
    2. interdisciplinary training for support workers, health professionals, educators and the police, so that they are able to identify victims and advise the appropriate agencies.
