Georgian University Women are involved in peace negotiation processes with Abkhazian and Ossetian NGO representatives and leaders to produce a better understanding of peace processes concerning opposing sides of areas of conflict. They will be creating new women’s groups with members from Caucasian republics (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Russia) in order to establish a platform for Caucasian women to discuss gender and conflict resolution issues.
