Goals for the position and the contribution the candidate believes she can personally make if elected or appointed Goals:
1. Work to make IFUW the leading graduate women's organization with a high profile at UN and National venues, promoting IFUW as a separate, goal oriented organization or as a strong partner of like minded coalitions.
2.Promote the value of IFUW membership with all age groups providing concrete opportunities for increased participation according to interest.
3. Increase opportunities for individual members and NFAs to participate in governance issues, financial matters and programme development, encouraging addition to practices already in place.
4.Ensure that all financial information is transparent and comprehensible to all.

Contributions: I will
1.use sound leadership skills developed as President of a Federation of 10,000 (CFUW) believing that cooperative efforts are the building blocks of a strong organization.
2. use my skills in advocacy developed over the 20 years I have been advocating for policy changes with local, national and international governments .
3. continue to support or present sound IFUW initiatives in the areas of policy, financial matters membership and programme.
4. use my international experience for IFUW's advantage.
5. participate fully in all IFUW endeavours so that decisions are reached after appropriate study and consultation.
6. continue to take great pleasure in our organization and its vital role in enhancing the lives of women and girls.
