I have reasonable experience in programme development;
For Research and preparation of resource materials for individual
or groups, I have done it on many occasions as a lecturer
in the school of Education. I have also done it on many
occasions as a member of three women organisations in Uganda.
For organisation of seminars and workshops, I have done
in the School of Education Makerere university 5 times and
as a member of women organizations in Uganda about ten times.
With that experience I consider myself as having reasonable
experience |

I have knowledge and have worked with UNICEF Uganda
as a member of Action For Development while implementing
a girl child project in Bushenyi District in Uganda. I have
attended UNESCO conference once, read article on education
on many occassions |

I cordinated an online discussion on Quality Education
as a member of the Status of Women Committee, I have been
President of the Uganda Association of University Women
for two terms; I have been a member of the Status of Women
Commitee for the last three years. |
Goals for this position and the contribution you believe you can personally make if elected or appointed |
My main goal is to participate fully in the committee
programmes and contribute knowledge on African region on
issues of education, economic and social status of women
in the region, which other members may not have. I will
encourage and participate in the African Regional organisation
(FUWA) to bring about effective and strong coorperation
among women of Africa. I have the will and skills of encouraging
and enrolling new and young women in the Association (FUWA
and IFUW). I am committed to IFUW |
