Folkloric danceBallet Folklórico de México

Attend a performance of the world-famous Mexican Folkloric Ballet at the Fine Arts Palace. Dance has deep roots in Mexico. Choreographer Amelia Hernández founded the dance company in 1952 to save Mexico's dancing traditions. Today the company's repertoire includes more than 70 ballets and folk dances. You will enjoy a spectacular evening of music, dance and beautiful costumes from different regions of the country.

Mexico City by nightMariachi and Dinner Night Tour

Begin the evening with a delicious dinner at the Restorante Bellini. The revolving restaurant at the top of one of the city's tallest towers offers an amazing view. Continue on to Garibaldi Plaza where you will enjoy a drink and a folkloric Mariachi Show. Mariachi music, unique to Mexico, is an integral part of country's history and culture. Dressed in ornate charro outfits with wide brimmed hats, musicians play a variety of instruments including violins, guitars, basses, vihuelas (a 5 string guitar) and trumpets.

Mexican folklore musicianGaribaldi Show

For those who do not wish to have dinner, you can visit Garibaldi Plaza at night and then enjoy a welcome drink and the folkloric mariachi perfomance described above.
