Countries not requiring Visa
To find out if your country is among the ones not requiring a Visa, click here for the full list of countries. You will need a valid passport that will not expire for 6 months after entering Mexico and can stay up to 180 days.
When entering Mexico, you will need to complete the “Migration Form for Tourists, Transmigrants, Visiting Businesspersons, or Visiting Consultants” which will be given to you on the airplane or at the airport before going through customs.
**Please note that delegates from El Salvador, Jamaica and Malasia do not require a visa, but will need a passport stamp before traveling to Mexico which can be obtained at any Mexican Consulate or Embassy.
Countries requiring a visa or passport stamp
For the countries not on this list, the visa application process should be started as soon as possible. Delegates must go, in person, to a Mexican Consulate or Embassy with the following:
- A valid passport that will not expire for 6 months after entering Mexico
- Letter of invitation to the conference (please contact IFUW to obtain this letter)
- Payment for the visa (cost may vary by country, for details contact your nearest Mexican Consulate or Embassy)

If there is not a Mexican Consulate or Embassy in your country, you must go, in person, to a consulate or embassy in another country to apply for your visa.
Be aware of any transit visa requirements for countries you may be traveling through on your way to Mexico. |
