Manchester 2007 was a success!
About 500 members from 45 different countries met in Manchester to enjoy the Conference activities. Conference participants made important decisions that will shape IFUW's policy and future, discussed world issues and shared ideas in interdisciplinary seminars and special workshops, met old friends and made new ones, and discovered a little of what life is like in England.

Louise Croot:
New President of IFUW
Ms Louise M. Croot of Dunedin, New Zealand was elected the new president of the International Federation of University Women (IFUW) at its 29th Conference in Manchester, England. She became the 29th President of IFUW and will serve from 2007-2010. Read more.
