It will use a Guidance and Career Counselling Handbook written by UAUA and translated into French by RAUW members.   Initially, the handbook will be given a trial run in 3 schools; a government school, a private school and a church school.  Three facilitators have been identifed to use the handbook and four members of the RAUW Career Education Steering Committee will evaluate the results. The handbook will then be printed by the Rwanda Government and distributed to schools for immediate use.
